Fulfilment Supervisor
Location - Tewkesbury
Salary - £17,000

Fulfilment Supervisor required for a global company based in Gloucestershire.

The successful Fulfilment Supervisor will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of fulfilment production.

Key duties will include: managing the fulfilment resource on a daily basis; managing the HR process to ensure the team are able to meet business requirements; managing and coordinating the daily activity of fulfilment; negotiating solutions to achieve short term requests; liaising with internal staff - production support, production shift leaders, compliance teams, quality engineers and the warehouse team.

It is important that you have the following skills and experience: previous hands on supervisory/team lead skills; able to work off your own initiative; ability to forge relationships with internal staff and external clients; self motivated; good motivational skills; able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure; good MS Office skills.

Events Bid Development Manager required for an established Conferences and Events Management company based in Gloucestershire.

The successful Events Bid Development Manager will be responsible for: developing new business and writing tenders for new contracts; liaising with the Director, Project Managers and suppliers to create quotes; attend client pitches; build client relationships; create and keep tender files updated.

It is essential that you have the following skills: motivated and dynamic self starter who thrives in a high pressured and challenging environment; strong written skills and proven ability to interpret a tender brief; evidence of writing tenders for the public sector; strong attention to detail; strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Any experience of presenting to clients will be a distinct advantage as you will also be involved in pitching to clients.
