Community Services Programme Developer

Location - Nationwide with travel to London and nationally

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 + benefits + bonus

Community Services Programme Developer required for a very successful company working within the public, private, voluntary sectors.

The successful Community Services Programme Developer will be responsible for maximising market opportunities in young peoples services and communities through development programmes for NEETS (not in employment education or training), young people, families and neighbourhoods, health and wellbeing and housing.

The Community Services Programme Developer will be accountable for:

* planning, development, design and quality assurance of the companies market penetration strategy for young people and communities

* identifying and increasing sales opportunities

* development of strong relationships with decision makers within private/public/voluntary sectors

* working effectively alongside strategic customers

* developing innovative ways of meeting identified delivery needs

* working closely with operational managers

* development and management of young people and communities team

Skills required include:

* able to network and build relationships at senior strategic level

* A clear understanding of the issues and implications of working with and designing programmes for young people

* able to translate policy, process, and procedures into strategies

* experience within a business development environment, including bid preparation

* programme design and evaluation experience
